Dr. Kop is a senior organization consultant, advising a range of organizations in both the business and public sectors. Over the years, she has engaged in developing plans for change, personal executive consulting, guidance, facilitation, and academic teaching.

Specialties: organization diagnostics, employee interviews, perceptions of management, organization culture, organization norms, teamwork, women in the workplace, change processes, dealing with conflict, decision-making, feedback, and organization discourse.

Dr. Kop is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jerusalem Rape Crisis Center, and is involved in various social consciousness-raising efforts such as aid, education, prevention, and legislation toward equality. She has a Master’s degree in industrial engineering and management from the "Technion". She also has a PhD in business administration with a specialty in organizational consulting, from Newport University in Newport Beach, California.
